收費貴不說,出品還差,服務態度還惡劣,真的不知道誰慣的他。

好了,不說了,大家動手。”

說著都秋遊也沒謙讓,畢竟桌上她的年紀最大,她不動手,其他人也不好意思動手。

只見她拿起一塊麵皮,用快子把六七片薄薄的鴨皮放入麵皮上,隨後又夾了一些蔥段,以及紅蘿蔔絲,最後在上面粘上甜醬以及花生碎。

左手託著麵皮,右手著吧,麵皮對摺,把那裡的餡料包裹起來包成一塊四四方方的影子形狀,然後一口塞進嘴裡。

李瀟等都秋遊開動,自己也沒有客氣,拿起一塊麵皮也同樣夾了幾塊鴨皮。

李瀟沒有選擇新增其他的配料,直接粘上甜醬撒上花生碎,學著都秋遊的樣子把餡料包起來。

麵皮不大,李瀟一口就把整塊麵皮塞進嘴巴里面。

麵皮非常薄,鴨皮烤得十分香脆,以下連著不多的鴨肉,鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,配合甜醬一口下去感覺真是棒極了。

姜映雪則有些猶豫,因為她的家鄉是在凍莞,凍莞這邊大部分地區都只吃鵝不吃,所以她對鴨子是有些抗拒的。

不過一旁的都秋遊卻以為姜映雪是不會包,連忙動手包了一個不帶餡料的片皮鴨塞到姜映雪手上。

姜映雪看著手上的片皮鴨,有些無奈,但是看到都秋遊這麼熱情,也不好拒絕,只能閉上眼睛,把手上的片皮鴨吃下。

鴨肉入口,姜映雪睜大了眼睛,好吃。

看到姜映雪瞪大了眼睛,都秋遊哈哈大笑,笑得胸前的雄偉都一抖一抖的,還好附近並沒有其他人。

李瀟又是正人君子,並不會因為近水樓臺就去偷看,並且發現是紅色蕾絲的。

接著其他的菜也很快就上來了。

水煮牛肉的紅油非常鮮豔,上面浮著一層翠綠色的蔥花。

李瀟雖然不是無辣不歡的人,不過微辣的水煮牛肉還是能接受的。

牛肉非常鮮嫩,輕輕一咬,牛肉裡的汁水就在口腔中爆開。

底下的配菜也十分新鮮,豆芽細心地去了頭尾,娃娃菜居然沒有太多的辣味,吃起來非常清甜。

接下來的是八寶鴨場,八寶鴨腸李瀟還是第1次吃,非常特別。

鴨腸清洗乾淨之後,把裡面的雜物和油脂去掉,放入調料醃製。

餡料是糯米,紅豆,綠豆,黑豆,玉米。

加入調味料,混合在一起放入蒸籠蒸熟,把蒸熟的五穀雜糧揉成細長條形,然後用鴨腸把揉成細長條形的雜糧裹在一起。

然後就會變成了一條很粗的鴨腸,然後把鴨腸放入雞蛋液中,外面裹上細細的麵粉。

然後把半成品的鴨腸放入油鍋裡面,炸至金黃,八寶鴨腸就完全熟透。

這樣出來的鴨腸,最外層的鴨腸就會非常酥脆,但是內層的鴨腸卻會很爽口,鴨腸的味道和餡料內部的五穀雜糧的味道混合在一起,非常特別。

第4道菜就是宮保雞丁,宮保雞丁上面滿滿一盤紅豔豔的辣椒。

讓李瀟和姜映雪,這兩個南方人都嚇了一跳,剛才明明聽到都秋遊下單的時候要求的這份菜是微辣的。

他們對視一眼,難道他們對微辣有什麼誤解嗎?

都秋遊看著兩人眼神不斷對視,遲疑不定的樣子,快子停在半空不敢下快,開口笑道“放心,就個宮保雞丁只是看著很辣,其實並不會很辣的,這些辣椒只是顏色而已。

紅的辣椒不辣,辣的辣椒不紅,真的嘗一下。”

聽到都秋遊的話,李瀟嚥下一口唾沫,嘗試著夾了一塊小一點的雞肉。

果然這盤辣子雞丁並不會很辣,辣味甚至可能還要比剛才那盤水煮牛肉還不如。

這個辣子雞的口味也不錯,雞肉的表皮最煎炸的酥脆,但是裡面雞肉還能流出肉汁。

上湯娃娃菜是每人一份的,小小的一顆翠綠的娃娃菜躺在碗中。

碗中的上湯是奶白色的,李瀟用勺子輕輕舀了一勺放入最終,眼前一亮,居然是鯽魚湯。

所以,這個上湯娃娃菜的全稱應該是鯽魚上湯娃娃菜?

這個鯽魚湯有很鮮的鯽魚味,卻沒有一絲魚腥,也不知道究竟是怎麼做到的。

蒜香排骨則用錫紙包裹,蒜蓉和排骨一起醃製一天,然後放入烤箱內烤熟。

蒜蓉的香味和排骨的肉香混為一體,廚師的烤箱的火候掌握的十分到位,排骨表面的蒜蓉香而不焦,畢竟一旦蒜蓉變焦了就會有濃重的苦味。

最後上來的是九轉大腸,都秋遊介紹“其實啊,以我的看法,他們這裡的這個九轉大腸做得比燒鴨還要好吃。

每次來到這裡我都會必點,不過如果不喜歡,那就可能吃不習慣。

這位小妹妹應該吃不慣這麼重口味的東西吧。”

姜映雪訕笑,她確實對這種重口味食品沒有多大興趣。

倒是李瀟吃得很開心,畢竟以前孤兒院比較窮,很多時候,都需要買一些價格比較低廉的動物內臟給孩子們增加一下蛋白的補充。

當然了,這裡面也包括大腸。

所以李瀟從小就吃著大腸長大的,大腸的味道很不錯。

屬於大腸的特殊味道很澹,大腸內側的肥油沒有完全去掉,但是雜物卻清理得意思不夠。

口感爽脆,卻不會難嚼。

因為這個大腸是經過3個小時滷煮,讓堅硬的大腸變得入味且軟糯,最後上鍋前,廚師把滷煮好後又晾乾的大腸用大火爆炒,讓外皮的口感重新變得爽脆。

都秋遊說地沒錯,如果喜歡吃大腸,這道九轉大腸,確實是人間美味。

當然了,像是姜映雪這種,只能說一句無福消受了。

三人吃完飯後,又閒聊了一會,才從明月軒離開。

也不見都秋遊付款,可能是直接在vip卡上扣費了吧,也不知道這頓吃了多少錢。

不過李瀟不用猜都知道,這種地方,肯定不便宜。

不過李瀟卻沒有太大心理壓力,畢竟這樣一頓沒有山珍海味的飯,對於一個身價至少過億的少婦來說,應該不會放在眼裡。
